How this works: After adding a surgeon to Shopify Metaobjects,
use this tool to instantly generate a personalised QR code that lands customers
in their cart with the surgeon's referral ID attached. Complete Step 1 in
Shopify Admin first, then return here for Step 2.
Step 1 of 2
Add the Surgeon in Shopify Admin
- Go to Shopify Admin › Content › Metaobjects › Surgeon Partner
- Click Add entry
- Fill in the surgeon's display name and practice name (optional)
- Create a URL slug — lowercase, hyphens only. Example:
dr-jane-doe - Click Save
- Copy the exact slug — you will paste it into Step 2 below
- Return to this page and proceed to Step 2
